It may be a bit high on the power scale, I'm not really sure. I think it's easy enough to disrupt and turn him into a Coral Eel. He may be a bit of a beating early on, but I would equate his power level to be less than that of Nantuko Shade, and probably even Foul Imp or Fledgling Djinn. Also, is the semi-double negative okay?

I wouldn't say it's too powerful. It isn't all that much better than [card]Foul Imp[/card] in my opinion. I'm a bit wary of giving it two evasion abilities, though. It seems like a bit of overkill. Maybe give it (flying OR fear) AND regeneration.

Good point. I didn't really notice that they were two evasion abilities. I just slapped on two stereotypical abilities. Changes made.
