The site name is a lame joke in itself: 'kom' means 'come' (or cum in this context) and obv. sounds the same as com. In dutch, it says something like www.do you mind if I .com in your face.

Anyway, it's about the content. Don't worry; it's safe for work. You do need sound, however.
