New force of will [close!]

Lets see if we can make a balanced version off force of will...I know disrupting shoal exists, but I don't really like that card. Besides this has a nice twist to it...

This would be extremely strong in combo, which doesn't really care about card advantage while they're busy winning the game. Also, you need something in there about blue cards, or islands, because as it is this is playable in EVERY color combination, up to and including monobrown.

how about the drawback off the opponent drawing 2 changed into;

Discard a blue card, and the opponent draws a card

That way its a bad force (even for combo) and relates to the color blue...

I actually only want to the opponent to draw a card when I use the alternate casting cost...I might as well change the cost to 2UU or even lower than, because with such a drawback nobody is going to hardcast it...(unless there really desperate)

This is still really, really good. It's also just Force of Will with a drawback tacked on. If you want to make a free counterspell, pitching a card is the way to do it, but it's boring.

Also, this should definitely remove the card from the game.

Second on the power level concerns.  I don't think the card would see print in this form.  Perhaps the discard cost should be an island, which makes it much harder to use in combo, and can wreak havok on your hand if you need the mana.

I'm a little worried we'll obsolete Foil, but noone I know considers that "strong"  As long as the real cost remains above 4 it might be ok.
