I noticed in your "What we need from you thread" that j||<3 stated that many of the colors lack depth for limited, except for green and the occasional good white bomby pool. Well I saw you needed some blue uncommon spells and was wondering how this would work. Infiltration 3UU Sorcery All creatures are unblockable this turn *Flavor Text* I figured since you needed a lot of blue spells that this would make a good finisher and give people a reason to play a different color in the limited format. Plus, I want to finish the set so I can play it in limited. Infiltration 3UU Instant All creatures are unblockable this turn *Flavor Text*

Would it make much difference if this were an instant? I don't think it would alter its playability in a duel all that much, but that would be a subtle way of directing this card at team play.
Just two asides, by the way. One, that thread on what's needed for the set hasn't been updated for a while. A few months back, I more-or-less single handedly fleshed out blue for the set. Two, this is somewhat similar to a card I created previously that makes up to three creatures unblockable for a cost of 2U. I do like this idea, though, so let's run with it.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

so your are saying "Keep the idea of a blue finisher, but change the ability", or "keep the idea of unblockable creatures, but change it to not have to be a finisher" or "Keep this almost similar to what it is now". Also, I wish that thread would be updated because I would gladly come up with the last few cards needed, but I don't know what is needed anymore and I want to play some sealed/draft with it.

This is a totally red mechanic. See: Falter, Bedlam, Chaos, etc.

Well, "unblockability" has been a traditional blue ability (neurok spy, Metathran dudes, Beebles of various kinds, >Higure<) but the way the card is presented is no different than:
"Creatures cannot block this turn."
Which is as pure red as anything I can think of, and Bedlam is the first card that came to my mind when I saw the card (even before Matt brought it up). Also, was this card intentionally modeled after Infiltrate? (U, instant, target creature is unblockable this turn).
I don't think it's too bad of an idea to give blue a mass evasion spell, and this isn't very different from a card like Levitation in terms of a finisher. The question is should we differentiate "all unblockable" with "noone can block" or is it acceptable to bleed the concepts?

Well, blue is supposed to be 'sneaky'. Red is "tricky". It's kind of hard to be sneaky when your whole army comes in the back door, but you can slip one undercover agent in just fine. So Infiltrate notwithstanding, this card's effect is red.
