Hunting Down a European Game

I've had a European game (I think called Brain Static) recommended to me by a friend who played the hell out of it in Germany.  As I understand, it's an action/FPS game in a very cyberpunk style, similar to Dues Ex.  The neat hook is that you can program a series or combination of combat moves and execute it with the press of a button.  I have no idea how to track this game down and wondered if any of you had heard of it, especially those on the other side of the Pond.
