i need help with a deck

HI Everyone, i am an old magic player but new at competitive T1.  i am trying to make a good blue/black deck and i have some questions as to what i should add.

these are all the  cards that are notable in my current deck (i used to play a psyatog deck but it wasn't working out for me)

1 Mox Saphire
1 Mox Jet
1 Sol Ring
2 Polluted Delta
3 Flooded strand
4 Underground sea

3 Duress
4 Force of will
1 Mana Drain (I know i need to get 3 more)
1 Demonic Tutor
1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Mystical Tutor
2 Merchant Scroll

4 Brainstorm
2 Deep Analysis
4 Accumulated Knowledge

i know i need a kill condition and probably some intuitions/cunning wish/yags will.  But i just wanted some other people opinion before i shell out more money on my deck.

First of all Welcome to TMD! about the decks it depends, what do you want to play your start looks like the skeleton of a lot of decks namely doomsday and there is some resemblence of control slaver. Once you post what you want to play everyone can help more like combo or prison or "insert deck name." I'm not sure if it is illegal for me to give out decks when no one asked for them but if it isn't any rule regarding this I will show you to some good decks.

Hi, and welcome to TMD. Please check out our forum rules here: TMD Forum Rules.
Specifically, rule #4.

We won't build your deck for you. Give us a complete list with explanations (which can include what power you don't own and won't buy), and we can help you fine tune it before you buy the cards for it. I'd suggest doing some playtesting either online or with proxies, to get a feel for how the build you put together plays.

Oh, and I have to close this thread.
