I am trying to find uses for this new card i got form moxdiamond.com.  The "Lotus Vale" seems to be a good land card but the whole sacraficing seems to limit its uses.  If anyone can tell me how they uses it or can tell me good combos for it i will appreciate it.

Lotus Vale
type:land
effect: when lotus vale comes into play sacrafice 2 untapped lands or bury Lotus Vale.
Tap: to add 3 mana of anyone color to your mana pool

When it first came out, you could sac it for 3 mana before it died.  (cause you couldn't pay the 2 land sacrafice)

It has been errated so it doesn't do that anymore, and thus is not a very good card.  The only cards which it has synergy with is balance/sacred ground/etc... not too easy to build a combo around...

I suppose that it combos reasonably well with Crucible of Worlds. It wouldn't be completely worthless with Gods' Eye, Gate to the Rekai, but that is more of a way to make using Lotus Vale not suck horribly, rather than a way to make it good. You could try doing something with Riftstone Portal, too. Again, none of these suggestions will do anything great, although I reckon they will allow you to play with the Lotus Vale, if that's really your big goal.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

[card]Ancestral Mask[/card], [card]Rancor[/card] (especially if you have [card]Auratog[/card]), [card]Enchantress's Presence[/card], [card]Wild Growth[/card], [card]Frog Tongue[/card], [card]Words of Wilding[/card], [card]Words of Wind[/card] are some possibilites. I'm sure there are more, but that's just off the top of my head. Words of Wind is especially nifty, and has been the most popular choice for tournament-level enchantress.

My friend has an enchantress deck, the best plan for him is usually putting a Humility into play as soon as possible. The only problem with playing Humility is that your own Enchantresses won't work anymore. Then your only option for drawing cards as far as i know is Enchantress's Presence.

Some other good enchantments: Fastbond, Exploration, Seal of Cleansing, Aura of Silence, City of Solitude, Sterling Grove, Enlightened Tutor.
Possible kill cards: Mobilization, Sacred Mesa, Words of Wilding, Yavimaya Enchantress (if you choose not to include Humility).

I don't have my friends decklist so i can't post it here Sad, but I hope I helped a bit.

I saw it used once fairly effectively in a White weinie deck that ran Cataclysms.   Your last land pretty much can cast everything in the deck.

Unfortunately, that card typically ends up in the common box or you trade it because it has "Lotus" in the name and people seem to like that.  The only reason it's considered bad is because of that nasty "come into play" cost it has.  If the opponent has a way to destroy it he basically gains a lot of card advantage and that = bad for you.   If the people you play with do not use wastelands or land destruction, by all means give it a shot.

As for Enchantress, here's the best ones i know of, in no particular order.

Fertile Ground, Wild growth, Solitary confinement, Rancor, Fastbond, Exploration, Moat (though costly), Seal of cleansing, Opalescence, Survival of the Fittest, Recurring Nightmare, Worship, Sylvan Library, Ancestral Mask, Attunement.

That lil list is almost a deck in itself.  Replenish is quite fun with a enchantment heavy deck also.

Since this is casual, I thought I'd go ahead and suggest R&D's Secret Lair.
