Appropriate Swiss rounds with cut to top 8

Proxy Rules: 5 Proxies

Sanctioned: No

Entry Fee: $20 (or $15 if you register before May 15th.  Registration can be done at any of the Omni Comics and Cards (East Hartford, Wethersfield, Bristol, CT) or at The Eye Opener (Newington, CT). )

Admission to the Comic/Card Convention is included in fee.

Prizes--Prizes to top 4 - 8 depending on Attendance.  Prizes to include Moxen, Library, other P9 cards (depending on attendance).
