Questiion about running tourneys with proxies:

I run 5 proxy tournaments at our local store, and although wizards does not allow proxies in sanctioned tournaments, some people have come to me and told me that stores that run proxy tournys do them sanctioned anyways. I dont really know anything about this and I was wanting to know if I could get some help. Thanks

You can either allow proxies or run sanctioned events. If there are sanctioned events out there that are allowing proxies, players should be reporting those TOs to Wizards. It destroys the entire purpose of DCI ratings to have some tournaments run under a different system than others.
