How much card art/doodling on a card is sufficient enough to make it for tournament play?  I overheard someone say that the only part of the card that has to be visible is the art on the card, and even then, it only has to be recognizable.  I checked the dci floor rules and couldn't find anything about it.  Any clarification would be huge.
Thanks,
Ben
