If Guardian of the Wood would be dealt damage, remove a 1/1 counter from it instead.
Remove a 1/1 counter from gaurdian of the wood, all elves get +1/+1 until end of turn.  Play this ability only once each turn

This card could work well in an elf deck.

Matt has given you three warnings already. Please provide a current wording post. In the future, please provide more relevant commentary regarding the origin and purpose of the card. Typically, three or four lines is sufficient. One short sentence is not.

Mechanically, I'd like to know why you're combining the Judgement damage-prevention/spirit abiltiy with an Elf Lord. I agree it "could work well in an elf deck," but I'm not sure why it should exist in the first place. Furthermore, it's a 4/4 creature for 3 mana with two good abilities. That's extremely undercosted at any rarity. I would select a pair of abilities that are more relevant to one another and I would increase the cost to a level appropriate for a 4/4 creature with abilities.
