Just starting Vintage (been playing magic on and off for about 3 years) and the rules where i live are 10 proxy >_>.  Are there any good decks that require only 10 expensive/inaccessible cards?

Thanks to all who reply.

EDIT: Crap, my bad.  Close thread please >_>

Welcome to the forums!

Please familiarize yourself with the rules as they are quite strictly enforced here.

Do you know what decks are widely played in the metagame?  How much exactly are you willing to spend?  What valuable cards do you have available to you?  Do you like playing combo, control...etc?  These are all questions you should answer when starting a new thread like this.

Also, it would help in the future if you define for us "expensive/inaccessbile".  for some people it means the Power 9.  For some it means Drains/Workshops/Bazaars, for some it means anything over $30, for some it means Force of Will...
