I hope you are aware that this is a sub-standard posting (
FAQ: Lack of content). You should be able to at least point out why this deck should be played over both CS and MG (Meandeck/ Merchant Gifts), because you seem to combine the two ending up with the worst of both. You only play one Chalice, why? You play only three Mana Drain, why? You play only three Thirst for Knowledge, why? You play DSC, Slaver, Plats, Duplicant AND Titan, which looks extremely arbitrary. Playing Titan, DSC and Dupe together makes not much sense because you'll only Tinker once and you will want to get either one. So, again, why, and if you want to go for a Slaver lock, why no Pentavus if you only run one Crucible and no artifact land?
They also help smooth out the colored mana issues that the deck seems to have.
I don't want to sound rude, but this doesn't surprise me at all. This deck has the WORST mana-base I have ever seen. You run 13 blue cards and 4 Welder, yet you have a total of 5 red or blue mana sources plus Lotus. A single Wasteland will wreck you. Relying on Gilded Lotus is not a feasible option, because you open yourself up wide for all sorts of mana screw. You need to get to five mana to even start working your deck! Why would you think this works? For this manabase, far too many things have to go right even before your opponent starts disrupting you. I heartily recommend you take the deck apart and re-start from a CS base.
You can find
recent Control Slaver decks in the SCG deck database, and further search on this forum should reveal some Workshop Slaver decks, too, although they have been falling out of favour lately owing to the higher power of Stax if you want to utilize Workshops.
Do your own research, please. The tools are out there, and they are not that hard to use. Also, remember rule zero of deckbuilding:
Always make sure your mana base can cast your spells! I won't even comment on your "matchup analysis".
