It's fake.

At the end of 'La cucaracha', he makes three chords that go 'low-high-low' by dropping two balls smultaneously. However, he drops them left-right-left for the viewer, which means right-left-right for himself, which means 'high-low-high' chords.

I've also ruled out the possibility that it's somehow a reverse keyboard, because the rest of the stuff makes sense. This clever trick requires skill indeed, but this skill is smore in timing than in piano juggling.

It doesn't matter where the balls hit the piano, it will always produce the next programmed sound. That's all there is to it. The thing is, it's friggin' entertaining juggling! Who cares if he really hits the right keys? It's a show, people, not a concert.
