Getting a Passport ASAP

Hello TMD, it's been awhile but I need some major help and am tapping all my resources.  I need a Passport, and I need it by this upcoming Thursday.  I have found the site http://www.itseasypassport.com/ which looks like it can get the job done but it will cost almost 300 bucks.  So if any of you guys know any way I can possibly do this cheaper I would appreciate it a TON.  A lot of money is on the line
