Matt, you fail to understand communism.
50 yuan to enter, TO (part official) divides the money equally, 'everyone' gets 5 yuan (120% above target according to official press reports) and the party official goes home in a limo whilst everyone else cycles home.

To be fair, China is fairly adept at not being very communist when it suits it, Hong Kong being a good example of a 'communist' city that does a damned good impression of not being communist at all.

God only knows how games with Russian cards go. Presumably more snow-covered ones than you would expect.

Yes, my example was more the communism of "on-paper," not in actual practice.

I assume in Russian there's a lot of Mercenaries and Enforcers, Myr.
