What is 3cb?

3-Card Blind (3CB) is a very unique game. The rules are as follows

Your deck is composed of 3 cards, all of which start in your hand.
You have no library (technically, the library exists, but starts at 0 cards) and no sideboard (Wishes fetch nothing).
Random effects always go in your opponent's favour.
You can see your opponent's hand, so you can always make the best possible play.
You don't lose as a result of not being able to draw a card.
You will play each opponent twice, once going first, once going second.
For each win, you score 3.
For each draw, you score 1.
For each loss, you get nothing.
Other than the aforementioned, EVERYTHING IS HANDLED EXACTLY LIKE A REAL GAME OF MAGIC!

To make an entry, PM your deck to combo_dude in the following format:

Optional Deck discussion, random sucking up, etc.

I'll close entries after 2 weeks. Get your entries in by 29th September and I'll calculate. As I said, the banned list may change within 48 hours of this post going up. After that, it stays as it is. This is not a reason to withold your decks, though - this is not a particuarly serious format! If something's broke, please fix it whilst we can!

Back to normal now - two weeks. Results for 63 up soon.

Only 6 decks so far, including myself and wonkey_donkey...whilst a small tournament may be a blessing in disguise this week as I'm moving into Halls of Residence for university tomorrow, a few more decks would be great!

Sorry to all for the delay - I'm having trouble getting my internet at college working properly. I'll post the results as soon as I get it working (should be this week some time), and hopefully open the next tournament on Thursday. Sorry.

I'm sure the more observant of you will have noticed that it's now Sunday - three days after I said I'd open the last tournament. Unfortunately, due to some unforseen circumstances (including a physical virus and a computer virus), I haven't got them done. It seems that it would make most sense to keep it in step and make this one four weeks, and start the next one on Thursday. Sorry for messing you all around - my regular college routine has started now, though, so I've got a lot more time to get stuff done now.

It's purely voluntary, so I think we can wait a bit longer . Can tourney #65 include Ravnica? We've had spoilers for a month, so it's not like we're unprepared...

Ravnica goes legal in tournaments on the 20th, right? If so then it's still illegal for 65 (although it will be in 66) as it's illegal at the start of the tournament. Having said that, though, I'd appreciate it hugely if people could let me know of any utterly broken cards - as I've been moving into my college room and everything else that goes with going to university, you guys may be prepared, but I'm not.
