Official Spoiler

So far, we have seen several cards that are going to have a significant impact on Vintage. Ichorid and Long are both getting strong tools from this set. What other decks are going to change, and what are the interactions that are relevant to Vintage?

Just showin Machinus some love on this thread.

FOW Pact, -2LifeCycleing dude and maybe another card or two that helps Ichorid will see play.

Frankly, I am not scared of Grim/Charbelcher when I pilot The Gilded Claw, as they win ONLY if they win the die roll and they get the NUTZ turn 1 during game 1 AND Game 3. Fun Fact: I have never lost a match to Charbelcher in tournies.  Sure, Lucksackery happens, but Charbelcher rolls over to ANY hate.  Extend this to SX and so forth.

Ichorid dies to my leylines everytime, unless I suck (which has happened.)

Unless FOWPact proves to be the next Dark Confidant (which is awesome, but not as awesome as other dorks like Welder and (sigh) Savannah Lions.), it will hang out with say, TwinCast and Amrageddon as potential bombs no one plays with.

Even Smmemen missed Empty The Warrens and Dread Returns as important cards, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Fun Fact: My first vintage match was vs. charbelcher (I ran FCG). I lost the dice roll and was turn 2 killed in game 1. I was then turn 1 killed game 2. I was in awe.

Future Sight looks awesome.

I really think Street Wraith's biggest impact will not be deck thinning, but more of creating huge blockers that are playable without the drawbacks of wasting maindeck slots. This will be freaking annoying for fish and SS to deal with.

The blue pact is sweet, I hope someone can get it to work.

Dredge is also now tier 1 in my opinion. Turn 2 kills with disruption are quite common. The big 3 are now Gifts, Long, and Dredge. It looks like maindeck graveyard hate will be better than ever. Leyline anyone?
