My Kamigawa Block T4 Stack

I figured this merits a separate thread from the "normal" Type Four discussion. My list has almost everything I want from Champions, but is still missing a ton of stuff from Betrayers

House Rules:
7-card starting hand, because the cards just aren't scary enough to make 5 necessary.
Night Dealings and Sensei's Divining Top lets you put any three cards in your deck on top in whatever order.  
Genju of the Realm *just works* (it has a little slip of paper that says so in its sleeve)

This is really cool. There are so many Splice and Spiritcraft guys that would be awesome in T4 if only they worked reliably. I do have one question, though; did you consider adding non-Kamigawa Spirits?

I REALLY like this stack idea... My question is how do you count splice onto arcane abilities??? Would they count toward the spell for the turn, or would they be considered alternate casting cost like say FoW when pitching a card so you can play another spell same turn if need be...

The list looks rather tame (which is to be expected), but the cards have incredibly synergy with eachother which should be a huge bonus, and make several crazy plays.

Even in real Magic, if you Splice 20 spells onto a Blessed Breath, it counts as one spell. It's like you're literally adding the Spliced card's text onto the original spell. While I can't speak for Jacob, I assume that he follows this rule.

I have considered non-Kamigawa Spirits, as well as the T4-specifc cards (including the ones I made), but I think for now I'll leave it as block only. Maybe once saviors fully settles in, I'll shake things up with new cards, but for now I just want to really get a feel for the block version.

And yeah, you can splice as much as you want, provided you only cast one real spell per turn. Splice cards are the good. I hit five spells with Minamo's Meddling one game, though, so you do have to be a little careful.
