Hey everyone!

Sometimes I recieve e-mails from people or look at posts on forums  and apostrophes and other punctuation are replaced by random characters. Is this a problem with my computer?

Example:

Terashi%E2%80%99s Grasp

The characters aren't always the same. Does anyone know what is going on?

I know this won't happen in a tournament, but if my opponent has Chaos Orb in his hand while I'm controlling his turn from a Mindslaver, who flips the card if I force him to play it and activate it?

The usual reason for that is the person wrote something on, say, Word, then pasted it into an email or forum post, but the forum or email client doesn't support whatever character was used. For example, TMD has only one apostrophy: ' whereas, in Word, you have forwards and backwards apostrophes. In your example, that was probably one of the latter, and the software just didn't know how to display it, so you get a garbled bunch of gibberish.

Though it appears so, I don't think it's gibberish, but rather ascii forms of those characters, or other such web languages.

You are indeed right. But take for example Chinese, although claimed to be an actual language, still is gibberish to me.
