I have a question regarding Kill Switch. If I activate a Kill Switch, will other artifacts I control that are tapped by Kill Switch untap during my next untap step? I think not, as stuff to untap is determined before the untaps take place, so as Kill Switch untaps, the other artifacts can't be untapped anymore during that particular untap step. Is this right?

Next the active player determines which permanents he or she controls will untap. Then he or she untaps them all simultaneously (this game action doesn't use the stack). Normally, all of a player's permanents untap, but effects can keep one or more of a player's permanents from untapping.

No, they will not untap. When it comes time to untap them, the killswitch is tapped and its effect applies.
