an Ichorid question

If an Ichorid is in my graveyard at the beggining of my upkeep, can I stack that ability and then use instant draw like bazaar and a Golgari Grave Troll in my gradeyard to dig for a black creature to RFG to the Ichorid ability. I haev been told I have to remove the creature to just put Ichorids ability on the stack.

as far as i know you put the ichorid on the stack at the beginning of the upkeep. You can react on that with bazaar and dredge and then get a black critter in your yard with which you pay for ichorid.

Indeed, the only requirement for the ability to trigger is that the Ichorid is in the 'yard. In order to let it resolve, you need to remove a fellow black critter, and that can be put in the 'yard after the trigger is put on the stack but before it resolves.
