Congrats on your finish! I'm glad that somebody else out there is testing out Burning Slaver and taking it to events.
Thanks. Actually, it's technically not Burning Slaver since I didn't play Burning Wish.
I was going to play Ubastax, but a friend of my told me to play real cards

So, what else could I have taken?
In general, what did you like about the deck,
The way it plays: true control. I also like the 2 Mox Monkeys.
and what would you have changed if you could have rebuilt it.
Probably 1 less shaman seeing the metagame.
Do you think Duplicant Maindeck would have given you a better match up V Oath?
Probably, but it might be too slow from time to time I think.
What about SB Annul?
It might be nice, but I wonder whether Gilded Drake wouldn't be better (but less versatile).
The problem as I see it, is that there is little to do once Oath hits, especially turn 1-2. You can't race them since their creature have haste.
Did you bring in the Stifles against the Oath Decks? My board plan V Oath is usually 1 Truth, 2 Stifle, 1 Rack and Ruin, 1 Colossus, out with 1 Shaman, 1 Vamp, 1 Welder, 1 Sundering Titan, 1 Gifts
How do you use the Stifle? Does it buy you enough time to take control?
I'd be interested in reading your plan vs Oath (game 1, and after sideboarding as well).
What do you do if Oath hits play?
I only took note of the sideboarding vs the Salvagers Oath:
in: 2 Tormod's Crypt, 2 Old Man of the Sea, Duplicant
out: Triskelion, Titan, Shaman, Time Walk, Crucible
What I like most is that I still have a lot to learn with the deck, so expect me to play it next time I attend a tourney (which will unfortunately be not so soon).
