Yeah, I didn't mean online.  I meant somewhere not available for public access, then made public afterwards.

The whole idea is massively impossible to implement, so it doesn't really matter.

I received 11th and didn't top 8 due to tie breakers (I show up as 2x something place in the database for some reason)
According to the standings sheet, you had 13 points and came in 22nd place.  Evan Riley had 16 points and came in 11th.  If there was an error, it was at the tournament level.  I still have the final standings and all the lists if you're interested to know what happened.  So there's no database error, as I don't make mistakes.  If I did, you might would have seen one by now.   Wink

JDizzle,
Of course I would never insinuate that you made an error  Very Happy - it doesn't matter to me, I pulled a Eureka in my pack so I was happy. I had beat Evan's cute BU fish deck in round 7.....

Peace,
Vin

Plus, putting all the lists online during the event = people can look up their opponent's deck online before the match. Bad times.

TMD has a section that not all members can see. So it shouldn't be too hard to hide the decklists for the duration of a tournament. Technology isn't a factor here methinks...

Seriously though, what happened to Slaver? Is gifts just a better choice, or was the meta wrong for it??  It doesn't seem like Slaver should have such a hard time with the way the meta looked. How many people actually played Slaver?

Thanks for updating the title for 50th-52nd to The Mountains Win Again!

Once more member of Team Ball & Chain (Tyler Huff) was also playing Mountains Win Again (76th) place.

Thanks again for all your hard work!

Kowal already explained why people might pick gifts over slaver in my stax thread, but there were plenty of other reasons (in no particular order): fish, oath, pithing needle, red hate decks.

I would like to note that you forgot the 3 quiriuon dryad from the U/r tempo deck. Which is quite funny because according to scg it is still a legal deck despite being 57 cards.

They weren't on the list.  I double checked everything.  There were at least 10 decks missing cards.

This is hilarious.

Slaver will never be dead.  It's probably the most versatile deck in the format right now, capable of being taken just about any direction.  I wish I were good with drains.  Sad
