hey, i should be playing in a tournament roughly July time, we're allowed any amount of proxies which is quite obviously a plus for budget players such as myself. the deck i've been considering is built around recycle, i'm thinking of using braingeyser for the kill although unblockable maros would be fun.

recycle deck:
3 recycle
3 spellbook
2 ivory tower
4 mana drain
4 accumulated knowledge
1 time walk
1 timetwister
1 ancestral recall
1 regrowth
2 words of wilding
1 demonic tutor
1 vampiric tutor
1 fastbond
2 zuran orb
1 crucible of worlds
1 dream halls
2 braingeyser
3 forcefield
3 platinum angel
1 black lotus
1 mox emerald
1 mox sapphire
1 mox jet
1 mox pearl
1 mox ruby
1 mox diamond
1 sol ring
1 mana crypt
1 library of Alexandria
1 stripmine
4 underground sea
4 tropical island
2 bayou
2 polluted delta

the kill condition here is to generate infinite mana with zuran orb, crucible of worlds and fastbond, then use that mana for a finishing braingeyser. that combo can obviously generate infinite life as well, which is quite handy. i think i've got enough card draw to ensure drawing recycle and spellbook, once that gets going it is quite possible to finish it all that turn or the turn after. words of wilding is just a safety barrier in case recycle gets out of hand, and obviously having a few little blockers doesn't hurt either. and dream halls just seems to fit very well if i run out of mana.

i'm not sure what to put for my sideboard, i very rarely use sideboards so i don't really know what to use, i'm not sure if this deck could survive against oath or stax decks.

Hey Man,
I have been playing Turboland for many months now.  I am going to start you out with some links so you can see what has been tried in the past.

http://72.14.203.104/search?q=cache:VsCynUAj56kJ:www.themanadrain.com/forums/viewtopic.php%3Ft%3D18586+browser+turboland&hl=en&gl=us&ct=clnk&cd=3

The above version won a Black Lotus at a mid level tournament in 2004.
This was before Life from the Loam.
It is built very well and is a lot of fun to play.  you might want to just play it.

http://sales.starcitygames.com/deckdatabase/displaydeck.php?DeckID=16566

The above deck is the best finish I have seen Turboland have in the past year.

I could write 20 pages on how to play that deck in different matchups, but I will give a brief synopsys now.

You win with Fastbond + Crucible + Glacial Chasm + Barbarian Ring + Wasteland
Obviously Strip Mine functions as a wasteland
Nomad Stadium can be substituted for Glacial Chasm.
Nomad Stadium gives infinite life:
Play White Mana Source -1
Play Nomad Stadium -1
Play Wasteland -1
Sac Stadium +4
Waste white mana source
Repeat

The above loop yields +1 life and can be repeated infinitely.  This is much better than Zuron Orb which is quite possible the most hated on card in magic do it's similarities to moxen.

EDIT:  If you have no Barbarian Ring but you do have Bazaar you can repeatedly activate Bazaar and waste it till you mill Barbarian Ring.
You can also do this if you are missing Nomad Stadium or Glacial Chasm but be careful about running out of life.
If you are using Bazaar to mill, do not forget to dredge Life from the Loam.  That mills 4 cards instead of 2.  Both Loams mean you mill 6 cards.
Cephalid Colliseum can also be used.

The draw engine is insane.  The idea is to Intuition for 3 of (2 Squee, Life from the Loam, Bazaar of Baghdad)
You usually have one of those in your hand already.
Now you can get three lands from the graveyard (keeping two) and draw two cards each turn (keeping both)
Its like an ancestral recall every turn.
You can add another Bazaar and draw 4 cards a turn and keep 3.
Strip Mine can also be added to the Intuition pile.

The deck only runs 20 Mana sources but somehow you usually feel like you have more than you need.

To win you must find Fastbond and Crucible.

Sterling Grove finds/protects fastbond.

Intuition can be used to get 3 Crucibles.  (not advised)

With an Argivian Find in hand you can Intuition for (Fastbond + 2 Crucible)
This gets you both a fastbond and a crucible.

Delaying the game:
The longer the game goes the better your deck is because your draw engine is so completely insane.
Null Rod is helpful at delaying the game.

The best way to delay a game is with Chasm games.
With a Loam/Crucible and a Glacial Chasm you can sac the chasm during your upkeep and play it back.

If you alternate between paying 2 life to it and saccing it then you lose 2 life every 2 turns.
Darksteel Colossus becomes a 20 turn clock.

Add a Nomad Stadium to the mix and you can have a three turn loop where you:
1 Play Chasm
2 Pay 2 life to Chasm, play dummy land
3 Pay 4 life to CHasm, play + sac nomad stadium to gain 4 life.
repeat.
This causes a loss of 2 life over three turns.

Add an exploration and you actually gain 6 life every two turns or something ridiculous like that.

Against Fish if you just have a Nomad Stadium you can simply gain 8 life a turn and wait to draw your combo.

Words of War is a good backup win condition.
With a bazaar out you can pay 3 each turn to do 6 damage.  It can also take out opposing Weldesr, Confidants and other fishy creatures.
With a Bazaar it can take out pretty big creatures too.

Cephalid Colliseum is Bazaar #5 and can be used to deck an opponent in an emergency.

Ray of Revelatoin and 2 Sterling Groves is a metagame call.  If you expect Stax you will need a way to get rid of Chalice@1.
Ray of Revelation can be added to an Intuition pile against Oath or Dragon.
Also Wasteland#4/Crop Rotation is a metagame call.  If noone plays basics the Wasteland is pretty good.
