I liked the Forces instead of Duress, they really do have some advantages. Forcing through a first turn thread like Necropotence is golden and not so easy to achieve with Duress. In fact, Force does make this deck a bit quicker.

Are you moving towards IT?

IT, what's that? 
I don't see this deck comparable to IT. IT is much more controlling and more like TPS. It is not as devoted to quick Tendrils-kills as this deck.
I think the latest changes move this deck more towards GrimLong.

What´s your opinion on impact of the new tutor (Infernal Tutor) in this deck (it´s a demonic tutor for rituals)?

I don't see how Infernal Tutor could find it's way into Horden Tendrils. If you want to tutor for Rituals you will need two of them in your hand (one to cast Tutor and one to show) and this seems to be too conditional. I don't even know what I could cut for it.
