I've been considering selling off my type four stack.
I LOVE type four, but every single time we play its always with someone elses stack. Granted, at times this is an irritant. For example, I REALLY like control magics in T4 like Binding Graps, Yavimaya’s Embrace, Confiscate, Control Magic, etc. Paul M’s list doesn’t have them. My list can be found in the Limited Infinity Article that I wrote a couple of years back (anyone got the link) and has been updated since. It has Chaos Orb, unlim. Illusionary mask, and lots of great cards. It’s probably a little over 300 cards. I can post the full list if someone is really curious. I also have two EXCLUSIVE t4 cards – I have the ONLY Tolarian Scrubbery (the picture is awesome) – which permits a player to play two spells per turn so long as they have cards in their hand (if you have no cards in your hand you have to sacrifice it). I also have one of only three Really Good Looking Tutors.
Anyway, I was thinking of selling the deck – do you think that there is a market for this or should I consider selling of the cards individually?

it's probably better to break it up. Sell the lesser stuff off together, and the more expensive stuff separately.

I think break it up. It may get too expensive as a full deck for people to afford, but you wil definately get sales off the singles.

I actually had to explain to someone why Mana Drain was better than Counterspell. That was depressing...
Then they asked why Black Lotus was better than Gilded Lotus. I walked away.

I looked at the stack yesterday at Steve's suggestion and valued it at around $500. It's 300 cards with sleeves, give or take. Some are foil, most are not, most is in English. The deck contains a Chaos Orb and a Mask, as well as other hard-to-find and expensive stuff like Intuition, Serra Avatar, Avatar of Woe, etc.
I am really against the idea of breaking it up because it's a pain in the ass to ship out one Twilight's Call to one person because that's all they need. Another idea might be to sell all the commons in one lot, all the uncommons in another and all the rares and foils in a third. That way, people who want to start a stack could get some cards to fill in.
Also, as Steve said, it has a Really Good Looking Tutor, which is actually one of five (MixingMike has one and Kevin has two, including the only WB tutor and a very special RGLT. Klep has the fifth.). The RGLT is signed by me and has my really good looking picture on it, and I think that alone is a $100 value.
Edited for accuracy. -Klep

It would be really cool to see something like that on ebay as a whole.
However, you would most likely not get even remotely top dollar for it. Breaking it up would get you more, but then you have to deal with dozens of individual auctions and infinite hassle, as well as fees.
Why don't you modify it into something more fun? What exactly is the problem with your Type 4? Is it too monotonous? Too broken? Not broken enough?

It just doesn't get used enough. Paul has a foily one and Kevin has a foreign and foily one, and Steve's hasn't been updated in some time.
Klep, you have one? That seems right to me. I had forgotten about that! I remember it was in your deck at Rochester and I killed the person who had it before he could cast it and compliment me. It was a boner move that I shouldn't have done, I always like compliments.

You could always sell off the highest 10-20 cards---Chaos Orb, Illusionary Mask, Force of Will, Akroma, etc.
How many of the cards in that stack are actually worth more than $5? I think the majority of the value in the stack as a whole, not the individual cards. It wouldn't lose much playability by selling off the highest cards.
That way, the guy who just wants an Illusionary Mask doesn't have to pay a bunch extra to get junk rares, the guy who wants a T4 stack doesn't have to pay hundreds on a casual format, and you get more money. Everyone wins!
