A note to the Moderators- I don't know if this has been a topic on the Open Forums before, but I can't find a Stax discussion besides the Staxless Stax thing which this is entirely different from.

So, due to my extremely restrictive budget I have done some brainstorming and testing with Stax and drawn up this new variant.

Lands:
4 City of Brass
4 Gemstone MIne
4 Waste
1 Strip
1 Academy
1 B-ring

No shops = no deck.  You're going to have to play something else.  Are you in a proxy meta?

A problem with it is that there only 15 lands your listing. you need ATLEAST 3-4 ancient tombs and 2-3 city of traitiors for it to be remotely effective.
You would also need to play the strengths of those 2 mana lands by running a full compliment of SoR, CotV, and Null rod.

Locked for lack of content.  You need to post substantially more than just a decklist.  In addition, due to the prevalence of 10-proxy tournaments and the internet providing a medium for testing in the absence of cards we do not necessarily have, Open is not the place for discussing "budget" versions of decks.
