World of Illusions

This card was actually inspired by a song called World of Promises by In Flames, I've always liked "illusionary" resources such a those with Delusions of Mediocrity and Teferi’s Isle. So I thought maybe an illusionary tutor would be cool, anyways, here tis:

Enchantment
At the beginning of each players upkeep they may search their library for a card and remove it from the game, then flip a coin, if they win the flip they may put the card in their hand, otherwise remove it from the game. That player then shuffles their library.

I'm not sure if I've worded it correctly, but I think the idea of it is pretty clear.

You can probably safely leave of "Otherwise remove it from the game"  simply because you already removed it from the game. 

On a personal preferance note.  I say just pick a color and run with it.  Multi-color cards and cards with split mana costs are not always nessiasary.  This seems like a red ability more than a blue one to me.  Something akin to Gamble.

What about making it red and blue but cut black? I know that black is usually better at tutoring, but blue fits the name more and red fits the idea more.

Personally I vote make it red and change the name.  A name that implies the recklessness of the card.  If you want the card to be splashable make it cost {R}  that way U/R and B/R can both have access to the card without too much of a red commitment.
