Terminate and Dawn Elemental (and Ghostly Prison, but it's awesome in multiplayer so it gets a pass) are cool, but they don't really fit with the theme. Why not Walls of Hope, Essence, and/or Souls instead? Perhaps instead of the Spirit Links too. You could use something like Boiling Blood, Nettling Imp, Bullwhip, Fumiko the Lowblood etc. to get things to attack into your Walls. Threaten-like effects go well with the theme too, especially Grab the Reins. Agonizing Demise, as well.
You could also use Shining Shoal instead of Captain's Maneuver.

Bribery! Or play your own, and Donate / Reins of Power / Twist Allegiance. Serra Avatar + Donate + Backlash is certainly a candidate for the most humiliating combo ever.
