mizzium copy thing

when a mizzuim copy thing copies a triskelion that has 3 counters on it, do you get a triskelion with 3 counters, or a 1/1 ?

same question for tangle wire with 4 fading counters.

Copying an artifact with Mizzium Transreliquat will not affect the number or type of counters on the Reliquat. Sculpting Steel, however, will copy the "As ~this~ comes into play" abilities of Triskelion or Tangle Wire.
