I actually had to explain to someone why Mana Drain was better than Counterspell. That was depressing...
Then they asked why Black Lotus was better than Gilded Lotus. I walked away.

From the Brassman in Inquest thread: The article doesn't actually call Brassy the best Vintage player in the world. It features a little box in the corner saying, "Best Vintage Players" and has an interview with Brassman. It also lists the top ranked Type One players -- not that Type One rankings mean anything. Except maybe in Europe, where they play without proxies, and where I'll be until the day before Waterbury. Looks like he should be there. Unfortunately, that also means that theres likely to be 1 less top 16 slot up for grabs. |
