I was inspired by the 6 mana 3/3 flyers White got in Ravnica block, looking for a good common or uncommon creature for limited.  The idea behind this one is that it allows another creature to ride it, giving the sort of effect that banding should have given.

Carrier Griffin - 4W
Creature - Griffin
Flying
Whenever Carrier Griffin attacks, target attacking creature gains flying until end of turn.
3/3

Current version:
Carrier Griffin - {3} {W} {W}
Creature - Griffin
Flying
Whenever Carrier Griffin attacks, target attacking creature gains flying until end of turn.
3/3

This card is really good, but there's not much to say about it. The casting cost would probably need to be tweaked in development, depending on how good white and/or flying is in limited. I'm thinking this is closer to {3} {W} {W}, actually, but not necessarily. Just a good limited creature.

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.

Yeah, it's a 3/3 flier for 5, which is solid in limited and gives range to a whole mess of interesting creatures (Teller of Time, Harrier Griffin).  You're right though, that this needs to bump up to 3WW.

Is this card named after a RGD draft typo?

Ssshhhh.  I saw that, but was hoping the name was different enough.  Is there something I can use that carries the same flavor?
