this is an interesting card. primarily bc I believe it is the first card/mechanic ever that requires you to know what turn it is. before this, the turn number never had any in-game significance. the only time turn number matters is due to tournament structure when its past round time, but that doesnt directly impact the rules of the current gamestate.

I think it's going to be a unique card. I'm not seeing too many problems. The first 3 turns are usually mostly forgettable in the formats where it could see play.

Trivia: it's very possible that the card is inspired, at least in part, from a Dreamblade mini. For those of you who are not aware, keeping track of turns in Dreamblade is important.

Good thing L.bolt isn't in standard. The best part about Serra was that she didn't die to L.Bolt and Inci back in the days.

White weenie just got stronger, a pre-finisher for Exalted.

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.

I think this baby will see a lot of play in T2 and perhaps other formats.

Its great against blue, and it pretty much means that you draw an incinerate a turn. Who doesnt want an incinerate every turn?

Yes,Tarmogoyf is probably better than Chameleon Colossus, but comparing it to Tarmogoyf is like comparing your girlfriend to Carmen Electra - one's versatile and reliable, the other's just big and cheap.(And you'd run both if you could get away with)
