Code:
Card :	Phyrexian Soulgorger
Cost : 3
Type : Snow Artifact Creature - Construct
Power : 8/8
Wording : Cumulative upkeep-Sacrifice a creature. (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
Edition : CS - Coldsnap
Rarity : Rare
Colour : Artifact
Mana : 3

If I'm reading this correctly, assuming I have 2 soulgorgers out on turn 1. Turn 2, I can sacrifice one soulgorger to the other, and then not pay the Cumulative Upkeep of the sacrificed gorger? Or do I have to pay since I sacrificed it, and therefore cannot sacrifice it again? I'm not sure how Cum. Upkeep works with this.

Also, when do triggered abilities go on the stack? Obviously after their trigger condition is met, but does the controller of the trigger have to "receive" priority?

All beginning of upkeep triggers go on the stack at the same time, in APNAP (active player first, then non-active player) order.  This is the first thing that happens for upkeep, before anyone gets priority.  Each player chooses the order of their own triggers.

For example, at the beginning of player A's upkeep, if Player A has triggers W and X to go on the stack and Player B has triggers Y and Z, the stack would look like this

top of stack (resolve first)
- either Y or Z, whichever player B put on the stack last
- either Y or Z, whichever player B put on the stack first.
- either W or X, whichever player A put on the stack last
- either W or X, whichever player A put on the stack first.

I'll let a real judge handle the cum. upkeep question.

The game doesn't force people to pay Cumulative Upkeep - if you sacrifice a creature to another and then refuse to pay its cumulative upkeep, you'll attempt to sacrifice it when its upkeep resolves. Since it's not in play, you can't, and nothing happens.

Triggered abilities go on the stack just before a player would receive priority, but right after state based effects are checked.

For example, if you have a fecundity (whenever a creature goes to the gy, its controller draws a card) in play with a grizzly bear (2/2).  Somebody shocks the bear. The shock resolves 2 damage is dealt to the bear.
Before the active player receives priority, SBE are checked and bear goes the graveyard, the trigger condition for fecundity is met. Then triggers are placed on the stack, then the active player receives priority.
