Suspend is optional, so you can play them with Mind's Desire if they have a mana cost. If they don't have a mana cost, they can't be played (e.g. Evermind - see below), so Mind's Desire would remove them from the game, and then they would stay there. Note that Suspend doesn't count as actually playing the card - it's a static ability of the card.
Shuffle your library. Then remove the top card of your library from the game. Until end of turn you may play that card without paying its mana cost. (If it has X in its cost, X=0)
