Centaur Shieldmage 1GWU
Creature - Centaur Wizard
When Centaur Shieldmage comes into play, you may put a Shield counter on it.
As long as Centaur Shieldmage has a Shield counter on it, creatures you control with converted mana cost 2 or less are indestructible and can't attack or block.
3/4

This is for decks that might want to protect their small utility and mana creatures. It also combos well with mass destruction. The 3-colored casting cost keeps it in check enough I think.

Current Wording:
Centaur Shieldmage 1GW
Creature - Centaur Shaman
Creatures you control with converted mana cost 2 or less are indestructible and can't attack or block.
3/4

I think this creature should have a way it can kill itself, because now it can become annoying. Nice idea, and the card would be great in some decks, especially with Wog.

Yes,Tarmogoyf is probably better than Chameleon Colossus, but comparing it to Tarmogoyf is like comparing your girlfriend to Carmen Electra - one's versatile and reliable, the other's just big and cheap.(And you'd run both if you could get away with)

1) Why is this GWU?  Shouldn't it just be green?  Or even green-white?
2) Why bother with the option.  Take the plunge and just make the ability full-time.
3) Hrm, I'm uncertain, since none of the colors it fits in want to really stop its creatures from attacking.  Be better to make it symmetrical.
