Not sure if the cost is right? and i kinda think it should be a sorcery, yet i'd still like to stretch to boundries as much as possible with this card.

This card is a sorcery.

The cost is good, but I think it should be double blue. {2} {U} {U}.

Did consider that, but thats more like an over-sized hoodwink then a mini-upheaval Wink i think this wording is cleaner.
