Heres a card I thought of today in class, perhaps its already been done here:
Willpower U Sorcery Draw a card. When Willpower is removed from the game, draw a card. Flavor text is awesome!
It has applications in Legacy and Vintage with Force, Yawgmoth's Will, Misdirection, Crypt, Leyline, and would probably prove to be quite broken. Sorcery speed definately tones it down, preventing Solidarity from getting another boost. I haven't thought out any potential loops, there could be something insane. Let me know what you think.
Working version: Willpower U Sorcery Draw a card. When Willpower is removed from the game face up, draw a card. Flavor text is awesome!

I really like the idea, it would combo very nicely.
what about making the card cost 1U and giving it madness 0 also ?

Yes,Tarmogoyf is probably better than Chameleon Colossus, but comparing it to Tarmogoyf is like comparing your girlfriend to Carmen Electra - one's versatile and reliable, the other's just big and cheap.(And you'd run both if you could get away with)

I really like the name, very clever. because it is most powerful with Force of Will, and Yawgmoth's Will.... Will Power! Madness 0, is probably too good, because isn't there allready a "Draw a Card" spell with madness ? Alone: Sorcery Speed Cantrip for 1 mana... not broken With other cards, generates slight card advantage - or - turns spesific card disadvantage into card parody... not broken

Madness would be a very bad idea. Part of the madness ability involves removing the card from the game. You would essentially draw two cards whenever you discard it.
I think the card is fine as is. It's not broken, but potentially useful.

I forgot about madness remove from the game ability.
I just thought that it would be cool that if the card would be removed from the game, or discarded, that you would gain a card.

How would it work if it's in your hand for something like Memory Jar and gets removed from the game face-down. It would be cool to still be able to reveal it or something to draw a card then. I like the idea and other applications a lot, though. Very tricky.

I don't think it would trigger while face down. For example Exaulted Angel doesn't trigger her life gain while face down, I don't see how this is much different.
However, you do bring up a point about cards that temporarily remove cards in hand from the game. There may be some way to break this card with Mesmeric Fiend type abilites.

I just thought about Doomsday, this might make DDay into "I win right now"

That's fine with me. I like obscure interactions with old cards.

Can we specify "removed from the game face up"? It doesn't change anything, but the game distinguishes now. You won't cantrip off siding it out, but I think it clears up the Memory Jar interaction.

just to check, do you get cards with the following combos;
Yawgwill?
Tog?
With imprint?
WHat if its countered by a Dissipate ( counter t spell, remove it from the game)
Cranial extraction doesnt work because of the face down I suppose? or does it?

Cranial Extraction removes cards face-up, and yes, all of those work.

This card is basically just a degenerate combo enabler. Herbig already mentioned Doomsday. Demonic Consultation becomes pretty nuts if you hit even one of these. Even lowly Foresight becomes 1U, draw 3 now, and 1 on your next upkeep. Not to mention just being pretty sick with cards that are already nuts, like Yawg Will, Force of Will, and Tog.
This is also one of those cards that everyone would have to worry about in the future for potentially degenerate interactions. While the mechanic is kind of neat, I don't like this particular implementation of it at all.
Most of these problems could be solved by adding a cost to the RFG ability. Something like "When this is removed from the game face up, you may play it." (Although that particular solution makes the Tog problem even worse.)

I suppose you could add, "whenever an effect controlled by an opponents " ..... but this would kinda make the card obselete. cranial extraction + this card means draw 4 cards
