Due to lack of support by area card shops for st.louis vintage players, I am taking matters into my own hands:
Type 1 @ Vroman's Apartment Saturday nov 11 1PM Entry fee = $5. 100% cash payout INFINITE proxy free soda provided
my number is 600-0608 for any questions. location is in the delmar loop at 6659 washington avenue, second floor. there are two parking options, either on the grass behind my building, or in the public lot behind the COCA arts building immediately off delmar.
for those who have been to my place before, the games will take place in the unoccupied 2-east apartment across the landing from my actual residence. I have ample tables and chairs in storage. cleaning will have occured.

I agree with rhyno. With SCG lacking in chicago support, I really wish you guys could come to milwaukee, but it's a decently long haul.

The first official Vroman's Apartment event was a sucess. We had 8 players and top 4 was: 1 Blaine christiansen - tyrant oath 2 Jacob riehm - BRW hate 3 Tatum - 61 card ubastax 4 darkfntemplar - dawn of the dead yes you read that right. multiple people lost to a girl. Flux and I split for last place. thanks to everyone who came out, it was a good time! I will be sure to host another tournament soon.

This tournament was talked about a good deal in Sandusky.
"Isn't Vroman having that tournament in his apartment?" "Yeah, if anyone in the community was going to have a tournament in his living room, it would have to be Vroman." "Except Steve maybe, but those team tournaments at his place after Doug Linn and Jason Stinnet broke his door."
Glad to hear this went well.

WTF, we NEVER broke Steve's door! Jason and I were running out to get pizza and the door stuck shut. Steve blamed it on us even though his door was the problem. Highlights of the night include: Jason climbing in through Steve's kitchen window, Steve narrowly dancing around the phrase "you'll be paying to have that fixed for me" and Jason getting a screwdriver and fixing the door in two minutes.
All of this while you have fresh hot Donatos pepperoni pizza waiting? It was such a struggle.

Didnt it involve Duct Tape. Im almost positive it did because he didnt actually fix the door he just kept the latch from popping out again by taping it in. I don't think he fully fixed it, just a temporary fix so we could leave without leaving the back door unlocked. EDIT-and then steve called his mom if I remember correctly.

Yes, Steve didn't like the fix that Jason did on the door so he called his mom and had her bring him duct tape... L O L.
