Spell Snare for Free

I was thinking about Spell Snare and how unrelevant it is in Legacy because everything revolves around ones.  And I had this:

Instant
Counter target spell with converted mana cost one or less.
You may have target player draw a card rather than pay <this>'s mana cost.

Current wording:
<CardName> - U
Instant
Counter target spell with converted mana cost one or less.
You may reveal a blue card from your hand and have that spell's controller draw a card rather than pay <this>'s mana cost.

That's a very interesting card--makes me think of Daze and Vex combined.  What's really cool is that it's a reverse pitch-spell; you don't have to lose an additional card, but your opponent gains one.  I don't know much about card design, but this is really cool.

Made it "that spell's controller" (I blame need for sleep) and have to reveal a blue card so everybody doesn't have access to this.  Thoughts now?
