At the beginning of your upkeep, remove Mist Elemental from the game, then return it to play under its owner's control.

Sort of an interesting little pseudo-defender creature. It could use a better flavor, though.

Why not make it just {U}?  1 mana for a 3/3 with a drawback seems ok. 

On the other hand, this IS blue, the color of brokenness!  :p
