Get off your high horse, you haven't shown jack in the way of actual evidence or logical reasoning to back this up. All your doing is essentially saying, 'dur I"M RITE AND UR WRONG. DUMBASS. BLAH BLAH BLAH, YOU SUCK FOR THIKING WISH IS GOOD"
I'm especially amused by you quoting my post and telling me how wrong I am when I specifically said I wasn't voting for or against Wish, merely stating what the logic was behind it. Seriously, less hyperbole and bullshit and more facts plzkthx.

You're right Josh. (And I think you're a much better player than me btw) I've gone over the edge. I'm annoyed that some of my previous assertions, which were supported by fact, weren't disproven and instead are countered with the arguably irrelevant truth that Burning Wish can wish for sorcerys.
I love you all.
Now, I don't completely understand why I am being accused of contradicting myself with the empirical evidence.
Peter's exact request:
What empirical evidence do you have that clearly shows that main deck Tendrils is the superior choice?
My exact response:
Empirical? Look at all of the recent major tournaments that Gifts placed in; I recall only a single build that used Wish over Tendrils. But a 6-8 round tournament is too small of a sample size to determine anything relevant.
I indicate that ToA builds ARE winning more than Wish builds but I also clearly state that these statistics are not reliable.
So what? I've used both as well, and I say that Extra Speed given by MD Tendrils<Flexibility of Wish. The Wish gives you outs to games that you SHOULDN'T lose although you did because you didn't have a proper answer to a board threat.
This is the flaw that I find in your argument. The flexibility of B.Wish is not greater than the "extra speed" of MD ToA. The additional cost to win is so significant that it makes the combo even more uncertain than it already is, making the Colossus win more reliable and "easier" to pull of. (As well as encouraged) I find this terrible because Colossus is an inferior win condition in terms of vulnerability and speed. It gives your opponent an opportunity to not only answer Colossus, but to also win. ToA should optimally end almost every game and sacrificing that doesn't seem logical to me.
