Man, that movie was sweet.  I'd say its almost as good as the first and definitely better than the third and fourth.  Lots of cliches...and it didn't matter.  I thought the movie was very well made, emotional, entertaining, and is a great ending to the series.

I thought the same. I am actually a projectionist manager so I got to watch the movie in the booth at midnight before opening day.

Definitely as good as the first one, imo. Loved it.

Saw Night at the Museum instead, and was absolutely glad I did.  Best movie I've seen in weeks (I see a LOT of movies).

Wow,

all I can say is, if you're a Rocky fan the new film is awesome. It has the same feel as the first and is a wonderful movie. Also I hate Ben Stiller. I liked Dogde Ball, that's about it.

I saw Rocky over Night at the Museum, and rocky is the first film to ever make the feinstein shead a tear.  Only one tear was shed, there was no crying :p

The movie is phenomenal, hands down the best since the original... not sure if it's actually better than the original, but its very close.

I don't see it winning best picture, but I expect some nominations.  For fans of the series, it's a must see.

Rocky Balboa is a fitting end to the franchise, completely supplanting and erasing the terrible Rocky V with a movie deserving to be in the Rocky legacy.

With that said, I have 0 plans of seeing the new Rambo :p
