Some crazy idea I had two days ago when browsing some spoiler lists and reading Goblin Flectomancer. It still needs a better name. Wording is probably bad. Its a simple twist on Meddling Mage, with the Goblin way of doing it.
Meddling Goblin
Creature - Goblin Wizard
As ~this~ comes into play, both players reveal the top card of their libraries until they reveal a nonland card, then put the revealed cards on the bottom of their libraries in any order.
Cards with the same name as the nonland cards revealed this way can't be played.
