Clawson is about 10-15 mins from my house. Unless there's an Extended PTQ, count me in.

Where is this? There are too many tourneys in Michigan. I can't attend all of them and I need to know which ones are worth it. $20 entry to win $100 worth of duals doesn't seem to appealing. Sell this tournament to me, Spencer.

There are too many tourneys in Michigan.
Spoken like a true Buckeye. Lol, "too many tourneys". Lay off the drugs man. While it would be nice for you, and as many other players as you can bring, to be able to show up for all of the tourneys in MI, we realize that people have a life outside of MtG. I'll tell you what, if you show up to this event and bring at least one other player, Spencer will buy you your first beer. Wait a minute, you're 21 right? Anyways, the tourney is at the Black Lotus Brewing Co. They serve beer, duh. Beer and Cards...it's a match made in...Clawson.

Edit: I was just talking to the tourney organizer as of 2:20pm on Friday the 22nd and he has decided the postpone the tourney til a later unknown date.
Reason being is conflicts in scheduling and several personal reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Cancerstix, I am 19, but have been drinking ever since I started college. However, beer is for poor people. I only drink expensive shit like Dom Perignon or Cristal. 'Tis the luxury of being financially secure.

Biere and Crads? How am I not there? Hope to make it to this, whenever it is!
And as someone who has drank pretty much everything, I am an equal opportunity consumer. If you limit yourself to stupid luxury champagne that's not worth it, you'll never know the amusement and enjoyment taken from drinking King Cobra from a paper bag with friends all around.
And if you were really financially secure you'd drink Krug but I guess nouveau riche don't know about that.

The mental image of Hi-Val drinking King Cobra out of a paper bag with Steve and Paul made me giggle.
Also, one of these days ICBM will make it to one of these MI events. One of these days...

"Nouveau riche (Fr. “new rich”) is a term, usually derogatory, to describe persons who acquire wealth within their generation, and spend it conspicuously. The implication is that, being of lower- or middle-class origin, these individuals lack the taste to use wealth properly. Hence, this class of people is sometimes ill-regarded by old money as culturally inferior, comparatively lacking in pedigree and subtlety." I just drink what Jay-Z tells me to drink. (And yes, Hov "moved on to Dom and Krug Rose"). Furthermore, we sell the following at work (Costco) at the following prices: Krug - $129 Dom P - $149 Cristal - $249

Krug NV regularly sells for $200-230 for the good stuff, Cristal isn't worth more than $120 unless you're picking up a spectacular vintage like '95. Neither are really worth it though, Veuve Clioquot is a very fine champagne that can tangle with both of those boutique champagnes, whose primary draw is the price tag. And Möet is a very fine premium champagne and my choice if someone is offering.
In any case, I'll gladly pound brass monkeys with whoever is at this event, granted that I have a place to sleep that I do not need to drive to.
