I think this is an interesting card because it is an instant tutor, and uses the split second ability, and uses the black "greatness at any cost" feeling.  The other think I was thinking of doing with the card was removing the split second ability and allowing you to play the tutored card without paying its casting cost.  Does that seem too unfair?  You have to win that turn, as you will not get another.

I cant see how this card would be a combo, except with Yawgwill.

what kind of deck would you put this?or which what make it a combo?

Yes,Tarmogoyf is probably better than Chameleon Colossus, but comparing it to Tarmogoyf is like comparing your girlfriend to Carmen Electra - one's versatile and reliable, the other's just big and cheap.(And you'd run both if you could get away with)
