Gave it its own thread. Here you go:

Razia's Justice
{2} {R} {W}
Enchantment- [Subtype]
Creatures you control have haste, first strike and vigilance.
Creatures with multiple instances of first strike, haste or vigilance gain +1/+1.

Is it just me, or isn't this pretty much insane?..Costs 1 more then fires of yavimaya..but does a whole lot more...Drawing a second one aint even that bad since it still gives the critters +1/+1..

I think it's fair. the difference between three and four mana is a big deal for support enchantments. Also, Fires of Yavimaya was in green. The key play in that deck was turn one elf, turn two Fires, turn three fatty. White and Red aren't exactly known for beefy four and five drops. Fires of Yavimaya is by no means an overpowered card. If anything, it was an underpowered card that was good because of the synergy with the deck it was in.

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.

I am well aware of how the fires deck worked.
This just does a ton more then fires, and with any 2cc artifact accelerator you can play it turn 3 and then start smacking face the next turn. Note that it dosn't NEED to be fatties...small creatures are also fine tince they gain flying.

How do they gain flying?

Playing a 2-mana accleration artifact doesn't sound too good to me; it sounds more like 1996 Ernie-Geddon beatdown with Fellwar Stone than 2006 aggro with 2nd turn 3/4 and 3/3 creatures. I would even say Fires woulod be a mediocre or even bad deck nowadays, but I would agree that this card could be good, I just don't see any brokeness. It would be super-crap for 5-mana and would not crush the game if costed 3 mana, so I think 4 mana (and multicolour) is fine. Also, this can't be sacced to give +2/+2 (just saying).

Oh sorry i misread Smile

Well type two is kinda dead-slow currently, from what i've seen, which is ofcourse pre-TSP...so the fires deck would probably be good.

But not broken-good. Of course, I want the cards I create to be playable, so I think it is fine power-level-wise.

edit: very important to me is the following: Which subtype could those enchanmtents have? They're names are:

Niv-Mizzets Wit
Ghost Council's Decree
Szadek's Guile
Borborygmos ' Beatings
Song of the Chorus
Momir's Curiosity
Svogthir's Hunger
Azor's Will
Razia's Justice
Twisted Justice of Rakdos

They're all named after the Paruns, the guys who led their guilds 10000 years ago. They should represent attributes of the guildlords in some way, but I can't find a subtype for it.

Why do they need a subtype?  Is anything going to refer to it?  Will the subtype be relevant for game play?  The lands didn't have Land - Guildhall.  If something can only refer to those 10 cards, it's probably too narrow to be relevant, especially since you're usually only going to have 1 in a deck.

You might be right, but I thought 10-card cycles could need something that refers to it in order to make it more interesting (I actually have a card in mind I call "Ravnican Sowjet", that creates a 1/1 five-coloured token for every one of SUBTYPE in play).

This is the best card of my cycle, so it gets 24h.
