This might not exactly the right place to post this, but it's the thing that comes closest (where I can post)

I signed up with this forum, because I wanted to contact a specific member, but as it happens, I can't. My question is, can I after having posted 10 posts? The Rules are clear about what forums you can post in, but not when you can post PMs.

Also I would recommend a non-magic forum where anyone can post. It would make a place for messages like this one, and might be suited for other uses as well. Of course, you don't have to make such a forum, but it's what I think of it.

When people play 3CB for the first time, the same problem comes up, but they can send messages after 1 post.
