I won 3 bets against Bears fans. $3 is coming!! Oh yeah!!
Rofl@Grossman. He is terrible and i've been telling all my Bear fan roommates and friends the whole playoffs that he is going to blow it. Usually rainy weather favors the better defense since the rain neutralizes offenses--but not this time.

Well, the rain can fuck with the D also because at least the receivers know where they are going. D has to anticipate, and then react on slick turf. That being said, I don't think it was the rain that did Grossman in. The worst part is, for a while I really felt good. Rex wasn't playing good, but at least he wasn't throwing the fucking game away. Then bam, all the sudden its like the evil twin is on the field, and he happens to be a Colts fan. poop.

The game was really entertaining. It reminded me ALOT of the NCAA Championship game. Mad props to Boomer Esiasan for predicting the score to be 31-17. He was only wrong by three points on one of those, and the Colts could have gotten the FG in the last minute and a half to make that come true.

I pretty much told all my Bears buddies I thought they would win if they could somehow get Garcia before the super bowl. Unfortunately, that doesn't work, so they were fucked from the get-go.
The offense couldn't get the least bit of coherence and I can count the number of relevant offensive plays they got off on one hand. You can sum up the entire super bowl after the exciting first quarter / half with 'Colts at one point had 65 plays to Chicago's 23'.

I thought this game was really boring. The teams kept giving each other the ball and screwing up coverage and tackles. Manning was especially bad, throwing terrible passes and then getting mad at the receivers.
When the bears give up the ball accidentally five times and throw two interceptions, they sure make the Colts look good with only three fumbles and one interception.

I haven't been following football too closely this year, but I had heard all the stories about how bad Grossman was. I thought "Well, how bad can he be, his team's in the Super Bowl?"
I guess he can really be that bad.

We fully expected the Colt's MVP to be Grossman. Like, for real. Manning was playing pretty poorly, but man, how many times can Grossman just lob the ball up there and hope someone in a black jersey catches it?

Something to consider is that it was absolutely pouring rain at the game too, which doesn't make ball handling easy. Manning did pass for 247 yards and went 25 for 38, which isn't exactly terrible

Considering that I live in New England, I was rather dissapointed in this year's Superbowl, and didnt give a fuck about neither Bears or Cults.
The commercials were good, but once again, the half-time show was down-right terrible.

While my sister was out shopping, she had me tape the SuperBowl (Tivo Style) so she could check out the comercials. Later, I found I could just point and click to those comercials on Myspace. Oh, and Prince's Half Time Show? YouTube. Check this out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0GSwLKgbEk&mode=related&search=

Was anyone REALLY shocked??? I mean come on, Grossmans best play as quarterback is handing the ball to Jones. Thats it. Then he randomly will make a good throw less than 20% of the time.
Im glad though, but I didn't bet money on the Colts. I bet for drinks, so now I get free Jaegermeister for a while. May god have mercy on my liver.

I also had my share of betting this year. I am in debt four dollars to my ten year old cousin, god damnit, Grossman.
